How to Fix Error Code CE-34788-0
Go to the official Sony website, select the PS4 download section.
Locate the PS4UPDATE.PUP file and download it. There are two such files – one is for firmware update (442mb), and the other is for a new installation after replacing the hard disk (it is 996 MB higher).
Download the file you need and upload it to the flash drive.
The flash drive must be formatted in FAT32 or exFAT so the console can recognize it. To identify the update and folders, the file path must be PS4> UPDATE> PS4UPDATE.PUP
Make sure you only use the latest update file downloaded directly from the PlayStation site. It can be either the full installation or just the update, depending on your needs, but it must be the latest firmware to ensure proper functionality.
